THE BRAND
Etienne Lamont is a modern outerwear house founded by Etienne Amiri, rooted in both French heritage and American experience. Inspired by a family lineage of craftsmanship dating back to 1914, the brand honors the vision of his grandfather Marvin and father Lamont. The year 1973 symbolizes the moment the legacy took form.
Driven by a fascination with earth’s natural color and human presence, Etienne Lamont blends raw environments with refined silhouettes. Each piece channels moments found in nature midday skies, the silence after rain, the glow through water—reimagined into luxury outerwear that speaks without words.
Based between Durham, North Carolina and Paris, France, Etienne Lamont exists outside of trend cycles. It is a study of color, earth, and emotion delivered through limited, story-driven pieces.
The brand stands for those who feel too much, observe too closely, and know they were never meant to blend in but to stand out.
Currently heritage owned, Etienne Lamont is focused on global growth, experiential storytelling, and redefining what it means to wear identity. The future includes seasonal collections, artist-led collaborations, and longform campaigns rooted in place, earth and feeling.
